Configuration, not guesswork
Provider and model selection, API key, system prompt and assistant modes, plus widget appearance — all in the WordPress admin, in the native admin styling rather than a bolted-on panel.
A self-hosted WordPress AI chatbot plugin with its own licensing and analytics, a free webhook plugin, and AI workflow packs — all built, versioned and released. Every screenshot on this page is the real admin interface, not a mockup.
These are my own products, not client commissions. I have no client installs to show yet, and I am not going to imply otherwise.
An assistant that runs on your own site against your own model key: no per-conversation subscription, no handing your customer conversations to a third-party widget company. Released across seven versions from v1.0.0 to v1.4.0, and it includes the unglamorous parts most plugin builds skip — licence activation, usage analytics and a conversation log.

Provider and model selection, API key, system prompt and assistant modes, plus widget appearance — all in the WordPress admin, in the native admin styling rather than a bolted-on panel.

The widget running on a real site, mid-conversation. Answers are generated from the site's own key, so the conversation data stays on your infrastructure.

Stored history with the visitor message, the answer, contact details and a rating column — so the assistant can be reviewed and improved instead of being a black box.

Conversation and message counts, error count and average response time. On the test install shown, the dashboard reports a 1149 ms average response — a small sample, quoted as what the panel says rather than as a benchmark.

Key activation with total, active and expired counters. The commercial part is engineered, not an honour system — which is the actual work behind selling a plugin rather than giving it away.

Seven releases, each a real version bump with the settings surface kept coherent. The plugin grew from 13 KB to over 20 KB of shipped code across that run.
A free WordPress plugin that fires outgoing webhooks on site events, so a site can notify an automation platform instead of an automation platform having to poll it.
Free · WordPress pluginImage-generation workflow packs and curated prompt libraries, packaged and sold as digital products — the same pipelines used in the media work on this site, written up for other people to run.
Digital productsThe automation on the automation page is software too: monitoring, publishing, backup and reporting services, built and run in production.
In productionHonest position. I can build and ship plugins — versioning, licensing, admin UI, analytics, release process. What I do not have yet is a paying customer running them, and I will not dress that up with a fake install count. If you want something built, the proof that matters is that it already exists and works.
