1. License
YakWP is licensed under GPL-2.0+. You receive the plugin source code and may modify it under the terms of the GPL license. Your purchase grants you a license key for one (1) WordPress site installation.
2. One-Time Payment
The purchase price of $69 USD is a one-time payment. There are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges. Payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized merchant of record.
3. Lifetime Updates
Your purchase includes lifetime updates for the YakWP plugin. This means bug fixes, security patches, and feature updates at no additional cost.
4. Support
Support is provided via email. Response times are not guaranteed. Priority support is available for managed setup clients.
5. Disclaimer
YakWP is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this plugin. The plugin relies on third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI) whose availability and pricing are outside our control.
6. API Keys
You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own AI provider API key. API usage costs are billed directly by your chosen provider (Google, OpenAI, or OpenRouter) and are not included in the YakWP purchase price.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If YakWP doesn’t meet your needs, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
The YakWP name, logo, and branding are the property of YakWP. You may not use them without written permission. The plugin code is licensed under GPL-2.0+.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia.
