How to request a refund
- Contact us at our support page within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order number and the email used for purchase.
- We’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
Refund conditions
- Within 14 days: Full refund, no questions asked.
- After 14 days: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that cannot be resolved.
- License key: Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and the plugin will revert to the free version.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, such as purchasing the plugin to copy the source code and then requesting a refund.
Managed Setup ($500)
Managed setup services are non-refundable once the setup has been completed. If we are unable to complete the setup, a full refund will be issued.
